Upon termination for cause, 111kb may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, 111kb reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable breach provisions set out in these Terms.
You may request closure of your 111kb account at any time by contacting 111kb support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, 111kb will process the request within two business days. Any remaining balance in your account (subject to completed KYC and completed wagering requirements on any active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period.
